Facebook has extended the window to access valuable data, so this post bears repeating!

Get your FREE Facebook Audience Insight Data before it is lost to you forever...


If you've shifted from Facebook Classic Pages to the New Pages Experience, you're about to lose valuable information.  Well, it won't be lost, but it will cost you to get it.

In Classic Pages, Audience Insights would provide you with audience insight information that would tell you what time your audience is online.  This is extremely valuable information when scheduling posts to get maximum organic reach. Organic reach is the audience you reach without paying for Facebook Ads or Boosts.

In the New Pages Experience, the insight data remains available, but only for those who pay for Facebook Advertising.  But if you plan and schedule your posts properly, you should not need to pay for ads or boosts.  Our quilters do all of our sharing for us!

Why do you need Audience Insight data?


Knowing WHEN to post is every bit as important as knowing WHAT to post.  

Being able to catch your audience at the BEGINNING of your peak will increase your engagement.  Increased engagement leads to increased followers, which could lead to more customers landing on your website, making purchases.

Facebook will suggest the best time to post, but typically Facebook would suggest the highest peak.  In my chart below, the highest peek is at 8pm, but my followers drop off significantly after that.  So my post would be wasted if I posted at 8pm. 

Using my Audience Insights, below, I see my followers begin their peak at 8:00am.  If I post at 8:00am, my post will be seen by my near-peak audience throughout the day.  My engagement is increased exponentially.

Even if you've never used this information before, you will want to grab it now and save it for future use.

Facebook tells us that Classic Pages will be completely eliminated soon, and this FREE insight information will disappear with the Classic Page experience.

Here's what you should do...


If you are currently using Classic Pages, simple grab screen shots of your current 7-day audience insight data.

If you have switched to the New Pages Experience, 

  • Briefly return to Classic Pages

  • Scroll to Page Insights (not Meta Business Suite Insights)

  • Click "Posts" from the left menu column

  • Screenshot the chart for each day of the week

  • Save the screenshots in your Social Media Planning folder

  • Load your Facebook page again

  • Click the ... three dot elipsis and select "try a new Pages experience"
